You retain ownership of the content and projects you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

Paid plans and credits are billed as described at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Credits may expire per the terms shown at purchase. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

The Service may integrate third-party providers (e.g., payment, email, publishing channels, and AI model providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
